Thank you for shopping with MervnoLourise. We know you are looking forward to receiving your order, and this Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver packages.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team will begin preparing it as soon as possible. Order processing generally takes up to 3 business days. During this time, we verify your order details, prepare the items, package the shipment, and arrange handoff to our shipping partners.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Shipping Fee

Standard worldwide delivery usually takes approximately 10–20 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

We currently charge a flat shipping fee of USD $5.99 per order. The final shipping cost will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Possible Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. These may include customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, local delivery disruptions, holidays, high shipping volume, or other unexpected events.

We appreciate your patience and understanding if your package takes longer than expected.

4. Tracking Your Package

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You may track your package through a global tracking platform such as:

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become active after the shipping confirmation email is sent. This is normal while the package is being scanned into the carrier system.

5. Split Shipments

If your order includes more than one item, your products may be shipped separately from different warehouses or fulfillment locations. This allows available items to be sent as quickly as possible.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, each package may have a separate tracking number.

6. Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or change order details such as size, color, item selection, or quantity, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order.

We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

7. Missed Deliveries

If the delivery carrier is unable to complete delivery, they may leave a notice or hold your package at a local post office, pickup point, or delivery facility.

Please use your tracking number to contact the carrier or check the latest delivery instructions.

MervnoLourise is not responsible for packages returned, delayed, or lost due to incorrect shipping information, unavailable recipients, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier.

8. If Delivery Takes Longer Than Expected

If your package appears delayed, please first check your tracking information.

If there has been a tracking update within the last 7 days, your package is likely still moving through the shipping network.

If there has been no tracking update for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@mervnolourise.com with your Order Number and Order Email so our team can review the shipment status.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported missing are not covered by our replacement policy. In this situation, please first check with neighbors, household members, building management, the front desk, mailroom, or your local delivery provider.

10. Shipping Locations & Delivery Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping to many countries and regions. In rare cases where we are unable to ship to a specific country or address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders may ship from fulfillment centers located in the United States, Canada, Australia, the European Union, or directly from trusted manufacturing partners. This helps us maintain product availability, competitive pricing, and efficient delivery.

11. Important Shipping Notes

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of MervnoLourise.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges that may apply. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and contact information are complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed delivery, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once tracking confirms that a package has been successfully delivered, our delivery responsibility is considered complete. Packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
